Clinical judgement stays with the clinician. MediVoice is a documentation-support tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe, triage emergencies, or replace professional clinical judgement.
Use safely
- Review, correct, and approve every transcript, summary, suggestion, and exported document before use.
- Do not treat generated content as an order, prescription, or a substitute for local protocols and supervision.
- Use independent assessment for urgent symptoms, deteriorating patients, or uncertain clinical decisions.
Protect patient information
- Use MediVoice only where you are authorised to handle the information.
- Follow your clinic’s privacy, record-keeping, and disclosure requirements.
- Do not share account credentials, reset links, or exported clinical documents through unsecured channels.
Quality and accountability
- Check for omissions, transcription errors, incorrect language, and inappropriate AI suggestions.
- Record the final clinical decision in the appropriate patient record.
- Report suspected safety or privacy concerns to support@naghamyhealth.com.
